Pricing Policy

At Petal Accessories all our prices are extremely competitive.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Refer web page on postage and packaging for additional costs.

Deliver Policy

Petal Accessories delivers all our items by Australia Post Regular Parcel Post or Express Post. We are not responsible for packages lost through Australia Post.

Your products will be delivered to you discreetly packaged.

The senders name will not appear on your delivered package (Petal Accessories).

Your delivered package will not include reference to products purchased.

Privacy Policy

At Petal Accessories your privacy on the internet is of great importance to us. All credit card payments are made by authorised and approved secure payment systems (PayPal). WE DO NOT STORE OR KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. We are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to your purchase is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone outside of our business. We do not use your email address to send you any new product information, contact is only to confirm your order or for other reasons when it is absolutely necessary.

Credit Card Statements

For your privacy, your credit card statement will show Petal Accessories and will not include reference relating to product.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Manufacturing Faults- will be replaced, if possible with an identical product, if we cannot provide this, we will offer you the choice of another product to the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Incorrect Size- if the product size is incorrect we will swap it for a different size or if we cannot provide this, we will offer you the choice of another product to the same value.

Change of mind- we do not exchange or refund for change of mind.

All items must be returned within 10 days of purchase (invoice date). Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns should be sent to

Providing that:

  • The garment has not been worn (except to try garment on for size).
  • The garment labels are still attached as original to the garment.
  • The garment has not been soiled or damaged.
  • The garment/product has not been altered by you in any way.
  • The garment/product is accompanied by the original receipt.
  • The item is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

Please remember to wear a liner or panties when trying on your lingerie. We trust that people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully. Footwear should be tried on for size in a carpeted area so as not to scuff the soles. Please include a note as to why you are returning the item and how you would like the issue to be resolved along with your contact email or phone number. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for stockings, pantyhose stocking type bodysuits, G-strings (except as part of a Basque outfit or other outfit package) or earrings due to health and safety.
